So today could have been better but it was acceptable.
Breakfast:

Chicken korma with mini naan

Was working an odd shift - 10 - 3 - and I don't get a break because its under 6 hours so I didnt have lunch till 4 so I didn't have any snacks which was good considering dinner - granted I should have not had the naan that would have saved me 150kcal and kept me under my goal but it also would have looked werid to D as I love naan bread...
Once again no exercise...I am starting to annoy myself. I never loose weight unless I exercise...I just can't seem to get the oomf to get up and do it...
I won't have much time tomorrow - on the late so I wont finish till 7.30 and I won't end up having dinner till 8.30 and then I would have to wait till 9 - 9.30 before exercising and D isn't gaming tonight and has planned to spend the evening with me. Although I know if I tell him to force me to do the P90X he probably will...theres a plan...
Ok so plan is to carry on being good - I can feel my brain trying to go against me and binge so I am going to have to be carefull over the next few days. Hopefully I can stay on track...
