I am down to 12stone (168lbs) :)
I hadn't been checking my weight as I don't usually lose weight unless I am working out...but apparently 800ish calories is the amount I loose weight on :)
I am so happy!
However I did have to be carefull as I have a habit of seeing the numbers go down and saying fuck it, its paid off, lets be bad.
But I wasn't :)
I had my fruit and yoghurt for breakfast.
I had my slimfast snack bar
I went out to get M's birthday presant and I didn't end up buying any food :) even though the fruit smelt lovely on the fruit and veg stall in town!
I had my fruit pot and then completely forgot to have my snack a jacks which was great
Then we went to Strada for dinner and I had a diet coke even though people offered me wine I said no, I didn't have a starter - man that was hard! - ordered my 600kcal pizza and side salad. I ate half and my salad and then D started bugging me, said to eat another small bit and was I still hungry - well yeah a bit but I need that.. - So I ended up eating another quarter at which point D realised that by bugging me to eat that bit it made me nearly eat all of it when I has asked him to make sure I only ate half...he apologised. He was trying to tell me all night that it would be fine to have 1 or 2 drinks and I explained I didn't see the point, I was happy with drinking diet coke - and if I want to go out and get drunk then yeah but 2 drinks wont do that and I'm fine!
He realised and left me to it. We stayed out till 1ish and I only had 2 diet cokes :D
I am so pleased with myself its unreal :)
Now to focus on the exercise now I have nearly got the food side down :)
