The Beginning or the End?

So is this the beginning of the weight loss or the end of the fat?

So I have been trying to loose weight for the last 2-3 months.
I have lost 17lb which is ok, but it could no SHOULD be so much more.
I am going away in just under 4 weeks I plan to lose a stone (14lb) in that time.

My relationship with food/exercise is not always a heathly one but at the moment I don't care. I will deal with that once I'm skinny.

I have stupidly told a couple of friends (E, G & M) and the boyfriend (D) of my struggles with food & exercise when I was younger and although D doesn't notice the extremes to much I found out last night 2 of the girls (E & G) are watching me closely in reguard to my exercise habits.
M is fantasic, he is always pushing me, I can get him to check up on me for doing my workouts and he does so I will be getting him onboard for getting me to do the P90X.

But I need to be more careful around E & G.

I am re-starting the P90X tomorrow. This is a hardcore 90 day workout. I plan to carry on with it when I am on holiday as well.
If I want to enjoy myself I must still do this.

I will reweigh tomorrow morning - think I am looking at being back up to 12 stone 7 - which is 175lb giving me a bmi of 31
So I plan to get down to 11 stone 7 - which is 161lbs. My ultermate goal is 7 stone 7 - which is 105lbs giving me a bmi of 18.6

The P90X should help massively with toning and losing inches so I will re-measure each week.
Weigh ins will be every morning after the toilet before anything else.

I seem unable to get up early to do my workouts so they will be done as soon as I get in from work apart from mondays where I work in the afternoons till when I plan to go to the gym so workout will be done in the morning.
I aim to go to the gym 3 - 4 times a week as well - this is where I need to be careful as one of my friends (G) goes to the gym with me usually so I plan to go once a week with her and 2-3 times on my own on days and times that I know she won't be there.
I am also going to try and add a swimming session in once a week as well but we will have to see after week one.
This is my Plan:

Monday - Chest & Back, Ab Ripper. Gym
Tuesday - Plyometrics, Gym
Wednesday - Shoulders and Arms, Ab Ripper
Thursday - Yoga
Friday - Legs and Back, Ab Ripper
Saturday - Kenpo, Gym
Sunday - Stretch, Swim, gym?

Tuesday Gym may move to Wednesdays - that will be the day I go with G so that will be up to her which day although I will push for Tuesdays - that way I know that she wont be down on Mondays - she doesn't like doing exercise 2 days in a row...although she usually does Skating on Monday so I should be ok :)

Food wise I plan for 1000kcal a day. This has worked well so far. Becuase of now doing the P90X - it shouldn't make a difference but just in case I will allow for an extra 100kcal snack if needed.
In the hour long session of the chest and back workout I burnt nearly 500kcal.
I plan to burn at least 500kcal a day doing some form of exercise. Prefrably more.
